Show Me Your Form

Wow - I'm late...sorry about that! Here is my dress form, unfortunately not vintage, but still a great way to show off some of the vintage clothing I have. I've posted about her before - I named her after my four great-grandmothers - Ruby Malinda Beatrice Nell . She is modeling a dress belonging to my grandmother, Helen. It's an original beaded dress from the 1920's. My grandma was a "flapper" and a model. I will try to find a photo of her to post!

Old or not your dress form has a great look and that flapper dress is fabulous. Your grandmother must have had some great stories to tell.

With a dress like that, who cares about her youthful body?

How luck you are to have it in your hands.... The stories that come along with the dress, I'm sure are so fun. Lucky you. A flapper...wow.

My Hedy is running around the Ball having the best time...I hope they run into each other.
