I have finished my February dress at last! Yes, it's a bit cliche - but I like Valentine's Day! If you haven't read my previous dress post, I am participating in the Alice and Camilla Dress-Up Challenge. Hopefully I will finish my March dress this weekend so I can post it at the beginning of the month! I'm also showing a photo of some vintage hand-painted ribbon I was going to use on the dress, but I chickened out.... it's just too pretty to cut. Any ideas on how I can display this?

Your dress is stunningly gorgeous. The accents you used were the perfect valentine touch. I love the corset type bodice, too.
oh it is like something out of a sumptious opera with really rich & royal costumes - great fun !
Oh Jamie, your dress is gorgeous!! I love the way the heart is peeping out. They look fab hanging together, 12 of them? yes please! Margaret
Gorgeous dress, the lacing, red and white and beautiful heart are all just perfect!

absolutely wonderful...and together...love them both!!:))
Oh my goodness, these dresses just get better and better. I just love this dress all of it! Fabulous!
I'm just a beginner but what about using the ribbon as the dangly bottom part of a paper doll or dress?
You know the ones where the head and bodice is made but the lower part is just dangling ribbons? You wouldn't have to cut it this way.
